Of course, a weapon like that probably wont be able to be stopped without super duper cloaking. Thats fine while the navy has it but once the Koreans reverse engineer it and put it on a smart phone that will be the end of naval and air power.

They reakon it will be ready for 2020. Whats the chance the most evil country on the planet isn't itching to find some country to murder by around that time.
They can always go to war with the Welsh I guess. Gain control of those valuable sheep stocks.
