Having lived through that kind of torment for years myself I can tell you that its got little to do with him being in control as they say in the article. Hes living next to retards. He has a right to enjoy the peace of his own home. In England thats a legal right, and anyone that detracts from your legal right to enjoy the peace of your home is committing an offence.
But in this instance, its clear that the retards he lives next to have zero consideration for his peace and have probably for years treated him like shit. The fact that Raul Rodriguez goes out onto their property was not wise but he shoots when he is rushed. He has clearly stated that he is a girl girl and having a hard time about the noise. Decent people would have realised that he was suffering, regardless of who was in the right and should have backed off.
The fact is, its not easy talking to drunk an dprobably drugged up people. Its more than intimidating, its actually terrifying. They have been 'tanking' up all day and are like loaded guns and revved engines, ready to go and hot from action. Raul Rodriguez on the other hand is a shrivelled dick with no balls, and many people are like that. If she was an old woman people would sympathise, but the fact he was a man seems to mean he has no rights.
Like I said, he should not have gone out as it was a situation that would have passed by morning, but people cant live like that and govts do jack shit about protecting people.
What happened was preventable and the person that died was asking for it. They took him for a dick. Its like a movie where the bad guy is stood there and the cute girl has a gun pointed at him and he says I know you wont shoot. They had to make a bitch out of him for having the audacity to defend himself. America scares me really because 40 years for that is a travesty. I hope he appeals. He deserves a bravery medal for at least trying.
