Seems a bit harsh really when it was only immitation.
Doesnt stop the TV licensing people or the credit card companies or solisitors and landlords and managers and all that causing fear.
All these things are designed to cause fear of violence. Just read Civil Disobedience by Walden written in the late 19th century.
