Everything was a joke. the way I see the Annuity situation is they want to take the burden off of pensions liabilities by tempting people to commit suicide with their cash at the last moment.

My budget would have simply involved scrapping huge amounts of tax saying that the governemtn would figure out how to provide a service on what was left and it was important that UK people were not shafted by the government year after year. And I would put a 50% tax on all BTL profits so the governemtn could then build houses that were destined not to be owned by landlords and other non productive parisites.
Also, I would put a 60% tax on cars so that everyone had to talk everywhere and live normally like they did in the 1880's
I would make a few other tax changes but due to the ban on freedom I cant say for fear of being sent to prison. Goog job I dont have a Twitter account i'd be doing life without parole inside which is a hell of a lot worse then doing life without parole on the outside like I am at the moment.
I would also start a Help To Buy Scheme for Deactivated Guns where the government gave you £500 towards each purchase of a gun. Id buy loads of them. That would get the market moving!!!!
