my two 1911's
 made between may - oct 1918, amouries refurb 1940's re desegnated as 1911 A1, saw action ww1 ww2 and (to be confermed) most of nam.

nignt defender made 2001-2003 de-act from new

Why is it called the night defender? Because its easy to put in your dressinggown pocket?

all i can rember its an re work of the defender officer model, and agent model ally slide and stainless frame, and it fits nicely into your dressinggown pocket
